Director of Nutrition Services
Nicole developed her passion for making people happy through food at a young age. With her love for baking, she decided to attend Boces School for Culinary Arts. After realizing she wanted to showcase what she learned to make people happy, she decided to become a dietary aide. Through watching and learning from chefs and managers for ten years she took the next step to become a food service supervisor. As a supervisor, she gained confidence and the proper knowledge to advance to the Director of Food and Nutrition Services.
